Customer service is 100% on customer! So, I’ve made an order with delivery to current location and it happened that warehouse cannot deliver there. My order was pending for delivery for 12 days till I could get to the internet and ask about it. And, in spite of simple refund, we’ve managed through some possible solutions and 5 days later, on Sut! my order was shipped!!! Excellent communication, 100% customer oriented. Waiting for my order to arrive. Please, update shipping page with list of unsupported countries.
