I am having the same problem as all of the other reviews. I placed an order in February, still have not received it. I have contacted them four times. They keep giving me fake tracking numbers. They do not exist. I have asked for a refund. They just say we can assure you it shipped. They are a big scam company. Do not do business with esfranki. If anyone finds out who to report them to let me know. I am researching it now.
