Don't buy from here if you want great customer service. I ordered a GPS dog tracker, it took over a month to arrive, when it did they had sent the wrong colour. I contacted the site stating this, they replied saying you have recieved this item here is the proof of receipt. They didn't bother reading what my problem was! I emailed them again stating that I wasn't disputing the fact that I hadn't received the item, merely that I had received the wrong colour... they didn't reply. I escalated this with PayPal. They eventually responded saying if I returned the item they would refund me... returned the item to China! At my expense when they have made the mistake.... Shocking!!!!
