Horrible customer service and company! Placed order 2-5-19 received email that it was shipped 2-17-19 but have still not received the items ordered. My account was charged for the items right away. Contacted customer service March 22nd informed they would look into it and responded that they found the order didn’t understand why it was still in transit and get back to me—which they haven’t done. I emailed them a few times asking for someone to call me and then requested a refund. Have not heard anything and have not received a refund.This company is a scam—-DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THEM!!!I would have given them no stars but that isn’t possible!
