I love their products, however I have waited nearly 4 weeks for an order with no notice of a backorder status. My email request was unresponsive.I made two phone calls to find that I would not have the product for Christmas.Had I known this, I would have found an alternative product elsewhere instead of losing holiday sales.Very disappointing.
