I had been a loyal customer for years however noticed that more recently purchased bottles of nail polish were becoming thick and unusable much more quickly than before, which I believe was due to the fact that these bottles were missing the little ball bearings which help to separate the nail polish. I complained to customer services on Facebook who were most unhelpful; I told them that I kept the nail polishes in a dark place, all sealed properly and used / shaken regularly. They replied to my message suggesting that I keep my nail polishes in a dark place, properly sealed and shake them regularly, which was really unhelpful. I then emailed customer services who asked for photos of the nail polishes in question which I sent them, we had back-and-forth correspondence where they asked me a number of questions with quite long delays in between the email replies but I persevered, only two eventually been told after a couple of months that because I hadn’t kept the proof of purchases (who does with nail polishes?) that they would be unable to provide any refunds and no replacements were offered. Really shoddy customer service, poor experience and very poor products.
