Hey so the site is still not showing a way to check out/place an order as of September 18th 2025 so i called customer service because i was gifted a fragrance and i really wanted more i was hesitant to even shop with eternal perfumes because of the site glitching spoke with a lady on the customer service line she said to “try a new browser”and that the site was being fixed i said “okay” waited about 20 minutes and it still wasnt working so i called again and i spoke with Mike Stone he reassured me that id be able to get the fragrances original placed on the site he even helped me place the order over the phone!! he went above and beyond and i can already feel myself being a life long customer including the email support team every one working for eternal fragrances deserves a raise especially Mike because if it wasn’t our interaction i wouldnt be telling all friends to buy a bottle right now!~~
