Updated from May 11: Still no resolution 2 weeks later. Lorena the claims manager is blaming her customer. It's clear that the veneer is defective on one of the 3 doors. She said we sanded the door. Even tho we were told to, we didn't. She said it was exposed to moisture. If that's true, why wouldn't the other two doors have the same problem? They were handled in the exact same way. Lorena is just doing what claims managers do—denying claims. And she's rude and accusatory about it. Two of the three we purchased at the same time were good. The 3rd had inconsistent grain in the veneer. It didn't accept the stain and looks pretty bad. ETO had us submit a warranty claim. Will update the review after we receive their response. But I would steer away from these doors if you want to avoid construction delays and hassles when you try to fix the issue.Coupled with the delivery and attitude problems, I would not recommend this company. There are other options.
