I have just come off of the telephone speaking to and, ordering a part from them. What a wonderful experience reminiscent of years gone by. No delay waiting on the 'phone, no talking to a robot, no press button choices. Then there was the service. A cheerful human, friendly, knowledgeable, prompt and efficient and I paid happy in the knowledge that I would get it the next day as promised.I put the 'phone down in a daze of contentment. These guys ought to run courses for companies as to how to run a business. By the way, this is not the first purchase from them.
