This company has gone AWOL. Their website has been down for FIVE days now. No announcements anywhere, no response to emails (multiple sent and to 3 different email addresses). They have a phone number you can find IF you placed an order prior to the site down and look at the credit card transaction, but no one answers and if you placed an order earlier in the week you will have no way to know what's going on, if your item shipped or even IF they are still in business!! They have never been great with customer support, but with the website now down and now ZERO COMMUNICATION, yet they have my money, stay FAR AWAY from Carina and her everyday minerals. Also, for a company that supposedly has 21,000 "followers" on Facebook and has 10 Million in revenue, yet only 3 people have commented about the website being down?? Makes me think the followers are old or no longer active accounts or else they would be flooded with frustrated customers about the site being down and NO COMMUNICATION. Terrible.
