ordered the product on 2/22/15, they charged my credit card 2/23/15 and I still have not received the product as of 3/22/15. The customer service has been horrible. Getting answers or information has been so frustrating and I have never written a review, but if I can save someone else from dealing with this company I feel obligated. I have been a customer of Tri Trontic Off Leash Dog products for /many years. When my German Shepard pup was ready for off leash training, I wanted to purchase an additional package since I have two other working dogs. I googled the options for purchase to see if I could get a good deal. FactoryOutletStore offered a 20% discount. I placed my order Feb, 22, 2015, my credit card was charged on the 23rd, the next day. I waited until the 6th of March to call for the status since it did advertise 2 weeks for delivery. The nightmare really began from there, not to mention the fact that I didn't expect to wait that long to receive the item. They started the tracking on 3/8/15 and I still have nothing, There is no amount of discount that would justify this experience!!!! UPDATE: The company waited until the 10th business day, of course I had to call them, and they now are planning on crediting my AMEX. (As of today, still no credit has been made) This is a company that I would NEVER recommend. It turns out the discount that I would have received is the same discount that Garmin is offering."
