I ordered what they said was the replacement battery for my Toshiba Laptop. After it arrived and I installed it, it never did charge. It only showed that the battery was installed. I returned it for exchange. I now see I was given a refund for less than I paid for it, after I sent it back with me also paying postage to get it there. I followed all their instructions for exchange. I have made numerous calls to customer service and was put on terminal hold. I will never use or recomend this company.
