I read some of the other reviews and had the opposite experience. I called in because I was looking for a new phone for my kitchen as it was pretty old. The girl on the phone helped me find exactly what I needed at the price point I wanted. She also assisted me in finding a replacement battery for my cell phone. She was really so kind and patient the entire time and even offered her personal extension to help me set things up when everything arrived. in the end, I had my son do it, and haven't had any problems since.
