i purchased a "new" laptop battery. When the box arrived, it was clearly repacked as it was retaped and bulging. In the box was a battery with no documentation wrapped in bubble wrap. I charged the battery, but the computer suggested replacing the battery, and it took no charge. I called the company to resolve the situation, but the representative just forwarded me to a link to complete a web form. Now I have to ship the bad battery (which is garbage) back to them with no guarantee of replacement. I am just going to cut my losses, write off what I spent with factory outlet store, and buy a battery with a reputable seller.
