I would never use this company again. I tried to work this out with Nick the Manager and Mohammed the owner. Been trying since March privately but neither one see this as a problem and is not offering what I am looking for. See below1. Bus arrived on time but with the heat blasting in the back. It was absolutely stifling. We had to show the driver Eddie, how to change it over to air conditioning and then wait out 15 minutes before leaving to let it cool down a bit. Saturday was very warm so you can imagine how hot the back was.2. Eddie went over contract with me and said the tip should be 20%. He also said it took took 2.5 hours to get there and he has a long day ahead of him. I explained I talked to Falcon about this beforehand and was told drivers are paid for their full time and tip is is not expected but discretionary. We were planning to give a 10% tip either way. I just didn't like how forward he was asking for it up front and mentioned his long day. 3. The drive to AC was suppossed to be 55 minutes. It took 2 hours and 20 minutes. The bus engine broke down and we were only able to drive at 20 MPH. We even had to stop in an abandoned gas station to let the engine cool down before finishing the ride. As you can imagine, all the guys on the bus were now getting upset. The heat, the tip, and now this incredibly long drive.4. Eddie missed the exit for Borgata! He had no idea either, we had to tell him he was past it and had to go back. We needed to do a u-turn. Then he takes us to the back of the building where the employees enter. He needed to ask an employee for directions and got one in a small pickup truck to give us an escort.4. Ediie took my cell phone down and said he would get back to me about another bus coming. He calls me about an hour later and says the bus will be there at 10:30 to pick us. How the original trip was pickup at 6 and dropoff at 12. We were going to get picked up by bus at 11:00-11:15 at Borgata to drive home. Why would I want to be picked up earlier after we just took 2 hours and 20 minutes to get there? He said, oh i thought thats what you wanted. Of course, I did not. We had calls several times back and forth with someone named Shiek or Shake? I think he owns NJ Limo Bus but not Falcon. He complained to him and got another bus to pick us up at 12:30.5. We got picked up and Eddie was waiting in front of bus and said, You are still going to tip me right? I was so annoyed with this guy but just said screw it and paid him $120 as a tip.6. No issues on the way home. The guy who drove us was super nice. I think his name was Oscar. Much better driver.This was a horrible experience overall. Everyone was upset. I honestly think the whole trip should be refunded. However, people need to get paid for their time so I'll leave that up to Falcon. Something big needs to be done.
