Booked with falcon for Valley of the Kings trip 5 of us we booked within 24 hour period so literally no cooling off period .we went on a day trip in the red sea with another company the day before our trip with falcon unfortunately I collapsed on the boat trip we were in the middle of the ocean so no Internet connection to be able to contact falcon .my family were distraught as I had had a brain hemorrhage not to long ago so seeing me collapse again was harrowing .The boat company were brilliant arranging hospital and cars to take me and my family back .As soon as my daughter in-law returned to hotel she immediately informed falcon so approximately 17 hours before .Falcon has showed no compassion and refused a refund or at least a partial refund or a trip on a different day consequently we have lost 500 pounds i realise they are a business but to show no sympathy or a change of day for trip is awful .my family had already spent hundreds of pounds with them so obviously all they interested in is taking your money . Be aware if there's any problems your on your own !!
