I placed an order with Ferber Painting. I never received the product because it was never delivered to the final carrier. After waiting for a month, they made me fill out a refund form and confirmed they would process it. However, they never returned my money. Instead, they rejected my claim and offered only a 10% discount on a future purchase. This is misleading and dishonest: they do not honor their own website promise (“100% satisfaction or your money back”) and simply keep the money without delivering anything. Terrible experience – I do not recommend this company.
