October2025 update** I see Ferber have replied after sending me final aggressive demands from a dodgy looking Isle of Mann collection agency, I will not be having any further contact with this unscrupulous company, they pretended to send me wood pellets ( as shown on their website) then sending me a box of empty white plastic bags! Then tried to chase me when my bank refunded me as it was a proven scam. Unbelievable Total scam company of which my review is always taken down by TP. This is a scam company, research carefully before spending any money as you will not receive any goods that you think you are buying
