As I highlight below, there were a number of specific things your company did that made this go from a "once in a lifetime experience" to an experience I cannot wait to bring friends to and repeat.I want to say thank you for the incredible work you and your team did for us this week. We just returned from four days in Pamplona and had a wonderful experience, due in no small part to the product and service that your company provided. Your balconies and tours were worth every penny.The amount of information we learned from you was invaluable before we arrived and between that data and the knowledge we gained on the walking tour from Dennis (Go Army, beat navy), we were well prepared for our run. Almost everyone completes the run without injury, but I think many people get little out of it except to watch a bull run by. With your information, we knew more about how to run, where to start, plusses and minuses of different locations, cautions on the sweeper bulls that trail behind, and countless other tips. The next morning when I saw myself in the local newspaper I thought that I never would have been in the right place, running in the right manner, and enjoying myself that much, without the help from your service.We rented a balcony for the first day's opening ceremony "Chupinazo" events and it was so worth it! The view of the square and the festivities was unforgettable. My friends who have seen my social media postings cannot believe the scene and the amount of joy and craziness in that tiny square. And we eventually snuck down and joined the insanity. It was priceless.But our greatest appreciation goes to the young lady you had working the door at Estafada 2-1 on 08 and 09 July. We accidentally booked our balcony backwards (2 seats on one day and 1 seat on the other day) and ended up with an extra seat when I was running and short a seat when I was not running. Your team, and especially the woman running the location at 2-1, was perfect! She figured out a solution and got us into a position where we had the most awesome viewing of the curve! What a lifesaver. Please thank her for her professionalism.Also, your use of the Trip Plans app was great. That was so smart and made it so easy to link up where we needed to be and have all the information at our fingertips. Your service was a bit more expensive but we are really glad we paid the extra dollars for a top class experience with excellent professionals.
