Our fire pit immediately had problems related to the burner assembly. The service department was initially helpful providing guidance and a troubleshooting guide. When the problem was't resolved the service department went MIA. Multiple emails and phone calls were not followed up on over the course of a few months. Finally went around Fire Pits Direct direct to the manufacturer, which sent us a new burner assembly, no questions asked. Problem solved. We were overall dissatisfied with the customer service provided by Fire Pits Direct, especially on a $1400 purchase.
