I went to Fizber so as to get a MLS listing. The listing agent (USrealty Brokerage Solutions) was outside of my state of Nebraska. The listing agent put a comment in the agent's remark section that said,if USrealty Brokerage Solutions must write commission check1 month delay required.This comment discouraged local agents from showing my home. When I asked Fizber to help me with a solution I was told that it was out of their control, zero help! In a 9 month time period this house never received an offer and was taken off the market.I can NOT recommend this company
