The worst company ever , it's like a disease it will be very secretly crawling into your pocket nd suck every dime you have First they are not very flawless with fixed priced like other companies do. They will say thing and ad ons more than what do you believed is lower price than other competitors. All of my nightmare experienced with them is when you faint when faktura appeared is out of your expectations figure because they have multiple add ons.I got call from their customer service based in Trondheim offered a very convincing fast beløp of nok20 while others are 49nok but with so much add oms and mva25% with one adult and a child in 45kvm apartment and using radiator 1 stk and only used in evenings and i went holiday for 9 days on vinterferie got the bill of nok1,318.44???? That shows how much they lured me. Their mobil offers of 10G for 139kroner nope just don't eork dekning so bad just 5 meters away from my doorsteps and going through tunnels get nothing at all at so you wait 3-5 minutes or longer to do your foto or short video uploading. Worst part is there are so much ad ons and plus vat of 25 % of everything single sms +mva25% and more they even extra charged with 1881. No for 89 kroner. This is a complete disappointment and i forever will not allow this company to call me again i block every campaign they will do, just don't recommend to anyone who try to believe in their most sugary coat Tilbud campaign.
Disheartened with the support. Spent hours and hours on call and in chat waiting and when they come- it’s useless support. This months bill has broken my record in last five years of association with Fjordkraft and the bill is not explained why?its same average consumption, unusually low price in October- but still get three times the amount.
Terrible service. i kept getting stipulated amount for 8 months and at the end i got an invoice for 14800at once. i was not warned about this and when i contacted them they offered to postpone the payment with interest. this was not fair and it gave me the impression that they dont care about their customers. i also tried their mobile services and that was not a good experience either.
I always buy only technics from proved companies. I found this one because i knew that it's based somewhere in Scandinavia, however, the main I wanted to know whether they offer shipping to other countries. They really ship products to other countries and I ordered here an air conditioner. I understood that I had to wait for a particular period of time, nevertheless I had this time and I was ready to wait up to half of a year. Fortunately, it was shipped much faster and recently I already installed this air conditioner. That's so great when you have an opportunity to buy technics from proved companies.
