Happy to report that the problem described below was resolved satisfactorily. Although the plant was not located, customer service did an excellent job of investigating the matter. It was handled immediately and thoroughly. As a result, I was offered a full refund and also a discount on a future purchase. I really appreciate their professionalism and prompt attention to resolving the matter. I have used them for several years and have never had any issue with their services or the quality of their products. Prior Issue:The order was delivered on 08-09-25 at 4:25 pm! The funeral was at 11:00am. So funeral and the family had long since been over. I placed my order on Wednesday,08-06-25, which was 3 days in advance of the funeral and which was more than enough time for the order to have been delivered on time for the funeral. The intended family did not receive the plant. I need to know how I can have my money refunded. I even upgraded the order so that a nice plant could be sent. Or if another order can be delivered to the family since I have no idea what the funeral home did with the plant. This was so disappointing.
