Customer service is so far terrible. I ordered my items on March 4th which is a Friday and I understand that the weekend doesn’t count for shipping business days but it’s been a full 7 business days. it’s now on the 8th business day and I have no way of knowing where my package is. Because there’s NO TRACKING NUMBER associated with my order. My order states it’s completed on my account for 3 days now but that doesn’t help me since there’s no tracking number.and I haven’t received it so I don’t understand why it’s been in complete status for ddaaayyyss. I’ve reached out once already through the customer service request email option and it’s been a few days since then and I haven’t gotten any response. I also have tried their chat bubble on their official website because it’s there to help customers in a more immediate manner when it comes to help on their website but I have been waiting for a half hour to be linked with someone to help me with my question about my order. I don’t know if it’s worth it I spent $70 US dollars on this and I spent this because it has great reviews to help revive your extensions so I don’t have to buy a whole new set. But they aren’t helpful and they aren’t responsive. this is not cheap order it was an expense I was saving for and treating myself to so I hope this reaches them and they can help me.
