I have been using using two of the FreeGrabApp applications for the last 7 months and all started well but quickly changed. Although they have been buggy when I first purchased the app, the updates have slowly improved the software over time. Their FreeGrabApp license works for 1 PC per year which is common in the software arena. Unfortunately the FreeGrabApp apps have decided to stop working recently because the app says that I have changed my PC or performed a hardware change which breaches the license. I haven't changed my PC or any of its hardware components (and I should know being a computer engineer for 40 years). I thought that their support desk will help me out but despite several tickets raising this issue, they refuse to acknowledge that this is an issue and said that I have to purchase new licenses. So I paid for a years license and only got 7 months use for two of their products. This means that I will have to pay again for the two licenses and doesn't fill me with confidence that it wont happen again after a short while. So if you wish to take a chance and purchase the apps then by all means go for it but just be aware that you may not get a full years use or the helpdesk support you need.
