Shocking workmanship, job done to a poor state,. would not recommend. After a shoddy "repair" He informed me that he would return in about two weeks or i would have to wait weeks, Really? After being paid. Ridiculous. The quality of how he left my chair was shabby and franky disgraceful. I had used Mark before and that job was not so well done, but thought, foolishly i would give him another chance. Sorry i did. I had another "Professional" Upholsterer come to see the job, and he could not believe the mess he had caused. Not an oppinion i could see myself the state of this Marks poor workmanship. I wish i could publish the pictures i have of the piece of roughly ripped piece of foam he stuffed into the kickboard of my chair, no care in shaping it or even using a knife to cut it. Sincerely and seriously i would not recommend Mark under any circumstances. Finally his knownledge of how to deal with a customer is non existent. Please Avoid.
