We contacted Gator to get a quote on a metal roof."Brad" came out and began the process by extolling the virtues of Gator. After 15 minutes, I asked, "So, roughly how much will this cost?"That's when Brad started talking about a "5% to 25% discount IF we allow a yard sign and leave a review"... Sure, I said - I would do that anyway. Then he said, "So, if that sounds good to you, I can give you a quote, but you'll have to sign the contract today". Today? Really? Isn't there a "30 day guarantee" on the quoted price? "No", he said. "If I offer a discount, you have to sign this evening."Scam.Avoid at all costs.Never did get an estimate. Called the company to complain and they said we weren't the first one to have an issue with Brad.I guess we'll look elsewhere now.
