Their website was easy to navigate, their customer service was top-notch (especially Jessica who helped me throughout), and the item arrived as-advertised and on-time (a week before our anniversary)Gem Jewelers offered a better selection of platinum necklace lengths (14 to 18 in vs. only 16 in elsewhere) and total diamond carat weight (3 to 15 carats) than available elsewhere, and they offered a better average diamond color (G vs. H-I elsewhere) and clarity (VS2 vs. SI1-SI2 elsewhere) for less money.Gem Jewelers also offered a 10% Labor Day discount and even suggested I order the necklace a day early to avoid impending price increases due to tariffs (I checked later, and prices did, in fact, rise the day after my purchase). They also gave me a $100 new customer discount.To top it all off, they included a free pair of 1 carat total weight diamond stud earrings.My only (very slight) negative feedback: For some reason, their platinum diamond tennis necklaces are final sale (not eligible for their 14-day, no-questions-asked, money-back guarantee available with their white, yellow, and rose gold necklaces) so I had less room for error! Fortunately, I got it right, and my wife loved it!If the platinum necklace hadn't been final sale, I might have exchanged it (and spent a bit more) for the 7 carat total weight option for some added sparkleOverall, a great experience. No regrets! I recommend Gem Jewelers and will definitely shop here again!
