I read the reviews and decided to give them a try, but honestly, I’m extremely disappointed with their service. Their customer service number doesn’t go through, and it’s been two weeks without any response to the emails I’ve sent.I ordered a gift and even paid extra for express delivery (within three days), yet it took them an entire week just to ship out my order. This means i had to wait another 7 + 3 days before it arrived at its destination. Unfortunately, the recipient had already moved by then.I’ve been trying to contact GiftForEurope for the past two weeks, but no one is responding. Their service feels completely automated. Once your order is placed, it seems no one cares anymore. Truly a terrible experience, and I’m very disappointed.
