We have been loyal customers since trying this service a month ago. Our delivery was supposed to come yesterday, I received a notification late yesterday that is would not arrive. The kits have been very good but are not the freshest produce so need to be used right away (in fact I limit the number I buy for that reason). When the box didn’t arrive yesterday our whole week was thrown off. We literally plan our grocery shopping around delivery. We are two full time health care workers with two small kids, we have to be pretty organized. I hope this is an isolated incident.
