The food tastes great but not the best nutritionally. For someone who doesn't cook, it is very fast and easy to prepare. It is all heavily carb and fat based which is not the best for me. They did start adding some leaner options. Also initially everything was packaged up well, but as time went on, things were burst open inside of the packages and the produce was not the freshest . On our latest box two of the meals were missing. I have decided to cancel the service today.
