I recently ordered a solar Backpack kit. It was reduced in price. Product was being discontinued. Original price was 159.00 US dollars. Discontinued price. 79.00US dollars. I researched the product with a scrutinizous eye. And decided to purchase after continuous bombardment of E-mails. Offering 10% off. However when inquiring after purchase. I was informed that the 10% was only for new customers. I’m definitely in thier Database from many previous purchases to review and test thier products. So why would they tease me to buy , “ if” . I was not eligible. The product even at the discounted price was somewhat disappointing. The concept was sound. But the product itself was not of a quality or level of performance to even let out of the store. Not good. Would have been better to scrap or recall, upgrade the product. I’m open to discussing this.I will review and upgrade the product to a useful and functional kit worthy of its conceived intentions. Thanks , Nicolias ilchuk.
