All of their products can be found on asian wholesale sites. I ordered a wax machine + beads. When it came the machine looked nothing like the photo. It was a completely different cheap version like the ones on aliexpress/temu. The machine couldn’t even get hot enough and the self shut off kept activating and not turning back on. It had ZERO of the advertised features and only had a heat adjuster. The wax beads were the worst. I’ve tried tons of wax brands and this one would crack halfway through pulling. The scents are not good and smell like children’s makeup.
