Awful service at Greenacres. Greeted with a card machine and asked 4 times to just enter my pin without any explanation of cost of what was going to happen and no interest whatsoever to how I was feeling, just wanted my money ASAP. There were so desperate for my PIN number that the assistant freely ignored Covid-19 distancing in a bid to speed things up and made me feel unwelcome and like I was an inconvenience.Greenacres is now owned by CVS and I must say it has gone downhill since their takeover. I raised my complaint with CVS. They conducted their own investigation and called me a liar. Do yourself a favour and just look for somewhere else.
