Green energy Group has installed a solar panel system at my home. The following things happened after it was installed:1. Circuit breaker had to be replaced as it was not specified correctly2. Inverter burned the cable connector.3. It took almost 2 weeks to get a reply from them after the system (in warranty) was damaged.4. After a few weeks without informing a time to solve the problem, I received an email that an inverter was on its way.5. Days later, they informed that the inverter manufacturer was claiming it was not their fault (so "inverter is on its way" was a lie).6. After almost 2 months, they only booked an appointment to replace the inverter after I mentioned I was contacting lawyers.Points to improve:Communication has to be be faster, not in weeks time.Information has to be reliable: Dont tell something is comming if it is not.Dont balme third parties, take responsibility to solve customer problem.Good luck if you need after sales support!
