Ordered two things, one as a gift to a different address. One item arrived to the wrong address and the other didn't arrive. After 4 weeks the tracking said the item was being returned to the sender. The customer service was very slow and there was a lot of back and forth before they finally agreed to refund me. However, the refund did not go through until I contacted paypal about the issue. A few days later they requested the money back because they told me the item had been delivered when it had not been. A lot of hassle.
