The first night I used the Groove Pillow, I didn't really have any expectations as I had read the reviews and was aware it could take a bit of time to feel any benefits. But after that first night, I awoke with no neck pain and felt fantastic! I absolutely love getting into bed and settling my head into the groove; it feels so nice! I am mostly a side sleeper and this pillow really works for sleeping that way too as there is an indentation on both sides for my shoulders to snuggle under without lifting the pillow and my head and neck are fully supported.
