The hold recording said to expect 10 minute. After 40 minute wait I gave up. Then I received second kit exactly the same as first. With a $92 charge to credit card. I called again, same scenario as first time and I gave up after approximately an hour. The next day I called and was going to hang on til I got someone and I finally got a live body. I had to argue for 15 minutes to get him to finally cancel my subscription. And I requested a return address to return the second kit but have never received that. So after a week of waiting I am returning it to corporate office with proof of delivery. They are am unscrupulous company as many are who advertise on Facebook.
