My time shopping on the site was great...I would've given 5 stars....but I was unable to add the extended warranty to my purchase.....also...I wanted to purchase an extra battery.....they were sold out.....there is also not a section where you could purchase an extra chain etc....but overall it was a very good experience....have shopped at heartland in the past and will undoubtedly shop here again...you have reasonable prices.
