I have been a user of Hi-Hello almost since the beginning. Stating with the free subscription, I moved to the professional within just a couple of months. When subscribing, the offer was for "unlimited cards." When attempting to add another card today, I was prompted to upgrade. When reaching out to support, I was told that "many improvements have been made and the decision was made to limit the professional plan to 16 cards. If you need more, the business plan allows more cards."I was never notified of the change. Seems the subscription can be changed at will by the company. So one might ask, "why subscribe if I have no assurance that what I signed up for will continue."I was very supportive of this company in the past but not so much anymore. If nothing else, as a former CMO of one of the largest US corporations, I can tell everyone that this is not good customer service. Beyond that, it is a poor marketing strategy. Customer retention is far less costly than new customer acquisition. Like every other purchase made, "buyer beware."
