Lovely Mirror, Good Quality and fast delivery. Really compliments my dressing table. Dissapointed that the mirror came with the incorrect screws, I'm lucky to have a partner that installs things as a living and knew before attaching the mirror onto my wall that the screws wouldn't support the weight of it! Had I of tried to mount the mirror myself it would have fallen and smashed, £280 down the drain! I did contact customer services who responded quickly. I explained i needed another set of screws and was met with 'we dont have any other screws' .. surely im not the first or last person whose been sent the wrong screws? Perhaps this is something the company could look into incase the problem arises again?Either way, I've now had to order my own set of screws (which is annoying and a little disappointing considering ive already paid a good amount of money for the item itself) so may be worth considering to future buyers to maybe buy your own before instillation? I will however highlight that the lack of fixtures I received does not reflect the overall quality of the mirror. The mirror itself as stated is very high quality.
