Went to Williamsburg hooters on hamburger nite specials. We ordered med well done. My wifes burger was raw barely cooked. Sent back to be recooked. Waitress dropped the ball. Waiting for it a hr. Finally asked what was goin on. She had cancelled our burger. My wife was steaming hot. We left and plan never to return. Service sucks. Looks like the help was more into gossip with each other than taking care of the customer. Another time when i put a tip on the credit card. It was changed by the waitress. She increased the tip and i was notified by my credit card company. Strike 3. Not goin back
