Pointless 3 year warranty - dreadful customer service and after sales support!

Hyundai Petrol Lawnmower - HYM460SP.Used ONCE - hasn’t started since…. !Followed instructions to clear out and replace fuel just in case. Checked spark plug, emptied the carburettor as per instructions, charged and checked oil and still will not start.I’m sure that when this works it’s a great product! Unfortunately, any 3 year warranty is irrelevant as Hyundai seemingly outsource customer support to Genpower Ltd , who in turn use the Jotform platform - all are dreadful!For example, this is their 3rd attempt at customer support with a product used only once:Good Afternoon Are you able to check the following items, please Can you make sure the fuel filter is clean Can you make sure the fuel lines are intact not cut or damaged Can you make sure the fuel is hitting the primer Can you make sure the air filter is clean Can you remove the spark plug and check to see if the bottom of it is not dirty or wet Can you check for spark Can you check to make sure the is the right amount of oil in the sump Are you able to let me know if the fuel is going up to the carburettor? when you are trying to start the machine whats the machine doing?Unfortunately, I’m not a Hyundai technician or an engineer, so having done everything possible myself - I’ve given up!An expensive single cut of the lawn - Hyundai, a brand I’ll never use again!!!
