People join this company for the leadership. The products and services definitely need a revamp to keep up with competitors. I was always loyal to the leadership, never the company nor the product. I did my best in the 12 months to become a product of the product and shared it with individuals to intentionally make a positive impact in their lives. We all lost money. After achieving results that few do in the company I'd think that there would have been clear communication before having my entire account canceled. I disabled my payment method and had sent an email to customer support ensuring that my credit card wouldn't be further charged & without consent they canceled/ erased me from the system. Meanwhile I still have a booking with Igo, their travel app, for which I have no track record sent to my email, am unable to access my accounts, and cannot contact igo because they only have a phone number, myself being overseas (unable to call)... To add to it, I paid for an annual subscription to rankup, a service where you can keep your network of contacts organised taken away as well even though I already paid for another 2 months... This is what happens with a improper corporate structure of a company. So a fully transparent review: I have 0 records of my network that I've taken the time to build in their system, for which I paid a subscription. I am unable to access my last hotel booking because customer support deleted my account without consent when all I asked was for clarity upon disabling my credit card.I made a lot of incredible connections in all of the travelling and events I attended. The leadership is incredible and there's people who genuinely want to see you win. In the short 12 months I was there, many of the big leaders pivoted. Being a student of Bob Proctor's work, I personally feel that something doesn't add up. All in all, the products need to be updated to meet the needs of customers to ensure more people who are investing actually win and have an enjoyable experience. Financial backing and revamp in cooporate would support all of this. I truly hope that Ibuumerang takes all of this into consideration so they can actually help more people with their moto being put alot of good out and it will come back to you.
