I wish I could give 0 stars. Lousy, abysmal customer service. The flap on the dog door didn't come all the way down to the bottom of the frame, leaving a gap of about 1/2", and the response I received was to send photos via the help e-mail address- I did - "Janice" didn't get them so said I had to send them another way. I asked if I could text - no, sorry. I asked how she wanted me to send them. Said she was getting off at 4 for the day and would get back to me. Nothing. Contacted her again. No response. I contacted the CEO on LinkedIn - no response. DO NOT BUY THESE PRODUCTS. Bad quality, frame juts up and scares my dogs, they're wildly overpriced, I'm out almost $100 and they simply don't give a crap.
