Somebody at this company is rude and foul mouthed. I called and FINALLY got someone to answer the phone(been trying for weeks) Their website had also been down for some time (For Construction!)The male answering was very abrupt and not very helpful. I felt I was inconveniencing him. I had to call twice and both were brief calls at the end after being told a number of time" Its all on the website" I said he had not been very helpful. Within 20 seconds I received a text simply saying "F***ing A**hole. I was pretty sure it was from IDEAL PET PRODUCTS. So I sent an email asking who the foul mouthed person was who had accessed my private number he had obtained through a business transaction. I received an email back and then a second email telling me "the person involved would receive my email." Definite proof that this text had come from somebody at IDEAL PET PRODUCTS.Cetainly NOT a company I will ever deal with again!!!
