Grace introduced herself by phone as our case manager and followed by an EM. Our first impression was she is polite, kind, respectful and she is very much aware and compassionate with our issues and that first impression were all true as we were working with her.She addresses our questions to the point we understood and will repeatedly made sure we are on the same page. She is quick in replying to EMs and will always answer our calls and if she missed our call, she have returned our call in a timely manner. As we are worried and anxious with our issues, she always says not to worry as she and their company will do the best to help us. As an example, she provided an EM to explain the answer to our questions with an image/picture and pointed out where we should look and compare the numbers. She stayed late that Friday in order for her to send this EM to us and to look it over that weekend. She had worked an extra mile for us and does not mind staying late to send that EM. We find her very sincere to her words. We are so happy to have her assigned to us as our case manager and we believe she is trustworthy.
