In the beginning, getting replacement things for faulty or broken components was easy, but now they're asking me to pay for things to be sent out. The bench is faulty and I spent quite a bit of money on iFast equipment. I wish I had purchased things one at a time instead to see how it held up and how the customer service was. The weights are pretty decent and the bar has been good. The cable for pulling through the pulleys stripped in use, but they replaced that free. The bench pin completely bent and the bench is now locked in a position. Trying to get it unlocked resulted in the plastic breaking. Very unhappy with the bench and quite frustrated with the issue not getting resolved. Ultimately this lead to me making further purchases elsewhere. If it gets resolved I may change my opinion on it.
