If I could I'd give no stars. I was not in to receive my order and that was in Nov 2017. It's now over 2 months later, they emailed me back in November to confirm the item is back in their warehouse and will refund my money. Numerous phone calls and 10 or so emails later and still no refund. 4 times I've been told they've refunded my money and 4 times they've lied. Ring customer services and they point blank refuse to put you through to a manager. One of the customer services staff remembered me from the first time she told me she'd refunded my money yet had no answer as to why she lied! Give these people a wide birth, I will never use them again I would never recommend them. I have now reported them and was told mine is not the only complaint. I will include link shortly to report them and make a complaint please use it, this company needs looking into.
