Customer experience was pretty poor. Waited 9 days after requesting replacement for damaged item to be sent a return label and be told that until they receive my return I will not get a refund.... the case was handled by two customer service people, first didn’t do what they said they would and didn’t provide me with relevant info second didn’t even bothered to read the email chain to realise I wanted replacement not refund... Now after 12 days I told them to stuff it and I don’t have time to be dealing with them... I will not be using them nor the fragrance shop anymore and I will not be recommending them...
